Justice Noah Adade

Justice is an accomplished software executive with a proven executive management track record and over 15 years extensive experience in people management, building and managing start-ups and driving sales growth in the technology industry.

Justice began his career as Ag. Claims Manager at Asunafo South Health Insurance Scheme. He then moved to Africa Trust Microfinance limited as Head of Operations where he devised and executed new strategy to position the company in the microfinance industry with microfinance best practices after handling different portfolios of Manager. He later moved into IT project consulting and management consultancy which gave birth to Global Yield Ghana Limited: Management consultancy company which focus on strengthening the internal control systems of financial and non-financial institutions.

As CEO, poised with new Business Development, Justice Adade focused on Identifying the technological challenges within the financial services sector thereby consolidating the operations of Doss Empire and Global Yield Ghana Limited as Glydetek group with its flagship product Flexibank core banking platform and Borderless Banker mobile App.

The robust platform is gaining strong penetration in the Ghanaian market as it enables financial institutions (Banks, Finance house, savings and Loans, rural and community Banks, Microfinance institutions and Cooperatives) to effectively reduce cost, hassles and issues relating to managing software and its accompanying services while extending banking services to the unbanked population and the underbanked population to a digital payment platform for a cashless economy.

Justice holds a BSc. in Accounting & Controlling from University of Applied Management, and a certificate in Project Management from GIMPA. Justice has attended a number of seminars and executive training programs both locally and internationally including Leadership Winter Academy 2016 at Frankfurt school of Finance and Management -Germany. Justice has also been awarded Certificate of Distinction from the world bank Group (The Open learning Campus) on “Unlocking Investment and Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDEs”

Co-Founder & CTO

Philip Amanor

Philip is the founder of Doss Empire and co-founder of Glydetek Group. He has over 8 years of work experience in the tech industry as software architect with a wide range of projects in various sectors. He is the lead developer for Flexibank Core banking platform and FlexiPay Mobile App & web (a mobile money and bill payment platform for bank tellers for First Atlantic Bank).

He is also a co-founder of Luneo Graphics, a social media and advertising firm that handles social media platforms, online advertising, printing and more. For the e-commerce sector, he co-founded and developed Shoppers Ghana(www.shoppersghana.com) as an online shopping and free classifieds portal.

He loves music and hence this would not be complete without including the music sector. He developed a music streaming portal called Track10 which currently serves over 10,000 online streams per day.

He is a proud alumnus of University of Ghana.

Quality Assurance Consultant

Dr Ebo Kilmer Bennin

Dr Bennin is a very dedicated and professional software engineer in charge of Quality Assurance at Glydetek Group Ltd. Ebo has outstanding qualities. Working for Vodafone Ghana as an Applications Developer after successfully completing the Discover Graduate programme, he won several awards for quality applications developed for Vodafone Ghana.

He graduated with a PhD in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong in 2018, His research in software engineering focused on software estimation and testing which encompassed fault prediction, bugs detection and data mining collaborating with other renowned researchers across the world.

Dr. Bennin is also an Assistant Professor in Software Engineering at Wageninggen University & Research in Holland where he undertakes research with Software developers from VOLVO, Ericsson and other top institutions across the globe working on developing robust and efficient software for sustainable development.

Head, Project & Training

Samuel Kodjo Adjetey

Holder of Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and an HND Accounting Certificate from the Cape Coast Polytechnic Institute. Has 10 years’ experience in Accounting, Auditing, Banking and Operational software implementation & support for Rural Banks and Micro Finance Companies. He has cross-discipline experience that spans auditing, financial analysis, to software implementation, technical support, customer service, training and presentation.

As a card operations officer he spearheaded the hot-listing and tracking of stolen visa cards while concurrently assisting in internal auditing of the organization. He pioneered one of the first microfinance management software in Ghana working closely with Olson Systems Limited to execute SLAs, deploy and provide technical support.

 He has been instrumental in the development of the flagship products; Flexibank and Borderless Banker mobile app from its early piloting days to its full deployment to over 12 upscale financial institutions.

He is equipped with strong analytical skills and a broad-based skill-set focusing on end-to-end implementation of software systems, processes and standards.

Head, Business Development

Nora Agyeman

Mrs. Nora Agyeman is an experienced business leader with a demonstrated history of working experience in the Commodity, FMCG and Econometrics Software Application Industries. Prior to being appointed Head of Business Development at Glydetek Group, she was the Head of Trade at Lumiere Group International (a Trade Finance and Commodity Company). She was the Managing Director of Ideal Trade Ltd from February 2018 to December 2019 and prior to that served as the Group Sales and Marketing Manager for Timberlake Consultants in the United Kingdom (a software company). Other appointments include Group Marketing Manager (Finatrade Group) and Business Intelligence and Customer Care Manager (CCTC GH Ltd).

Mrs. Agyeman has over 20 years global experience in a number of sectors including Commodities, FMCG, Trade Finance, Advertising and Public Relations, Statistical and Econometrics. She has experience in business intelligence, channel management, competitive analysis, product development, sales and marketing strategizing,and business development.

 Mrs. Agyeman holds a BSc in Animal Biology (Zoology) from the University of Ghana, Legon and an MBA Financial Management from the University of Plymouth, UK. She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (ACIMG).
